booklets:
'Creative and active for the UN World Summit in Johannesburg'. A Report of the practical preparation meeting for action the end of August. A useful selection of background information and reports of inspiring practical workshops like street theatre, subvertising and blockading. Produced in July 2002. Take a look at the pdf-version or download the file.

'Corporate Lobby Groups, the European Union and Rio+10'; a small booklet about the European corporate led agenda for the World Summit on Sustainable development. Produced in April 2002. Take a look at the pdf-version or download the file.

'Corporate Lobby Groups and Rio+10'; an interesting short booklet that explains how the International Chamber of Commerce and the World Buisiness Council for Sustainable Development greenwash themselves for the World Summit. Origionaly written in October 2001, but updated in April 2002. Take a look at the pdf-version or download the file.

It is the easiest (at least for us) if you download the file and print the booklet yourself. If you scale the pages down to 70% (A5) you can copy some booklets and distribute them in you own city. But if you not able to download and print the pdf-file, we can send you one or more copies.

We don't believe in copyrights; copy and distribute as widely as possible!

Stencils
To spread a message or just to brighten up a wall or city, you can use stencils. It is an easy way to produce the same picture a lot of times. For the stencil you can use strong cardboard from old boxes. Thin linoleum is very good and easy to find from garbage in the streets. For the painting you can use spray-paint; easy to use but not very environmentally friendly. It is also possible to use a brush and normal paint, which is sometimes less bad for the environment, but if you do this the stencil should not be too frail and fine. Moreover, walking in the streets with a can with paint isn't always that nice.
Do it in a nice way; decorate your city with pictures and messages, but do it with respect for other art and inhabitants. If you annoy people or make them anger they will not listen to your massage.
Here is one example, but you will have to draw and cut it yourself.

T-shirts:
We printed some nice, organic shirts. On the front there is greenwash cartoon (see above) and on the back we printed the defination of greenwashing. The normal shirts cost 10 euro and the hooded sweaters are 17 Euro. In case you want to order one or more contact uncorp@aseed.antenna.nl so we can figure out how we can deliver the shirts and how you can pay.
Hopefully we can also publish a picture of the shirts soon.
